Very poor customer service when ordering CPAP supplies. They don't return calls and it takes forever to get supplies.
Been waiting on Edgar to fix DME Since 9/24/25. Jennifer was faxed the needed info but has not acted on the Dr.’s order. Their excuse, they say the info was not faxed. All faxes are getting lost at the Corp Office Aero Mobility in Anaheim. Sure wish they could communicate better!
