Desert Medical has been very helpful with getting my C-PAP supplies. When I needed changes they immediately shipped me the correct supplies. I would highly recommend Desert Medical for Cpap equipment..My insurance pays their portion and I pay a minimal copay. Very happy with their service.

My insurance approved an order for maintenance on my power chair. All it needs are batteries. The referral went to Aero Medical first, then from there to Desert Medical Equipment. It took 3 messages before anyone would talk to me, and then he was cavalier and rude in spite of my dire circumstance. I explained that I'm a bilateral amputee and the chair, in effect, is my legs. Cont. reschedules delivery of DME, very rude, called me by another name when they call so I thought it was a wrong number or joke. Home bound patients rely heavily on these services and it's disgusting when one just gets kicked to the back of the line over and over again. I have asked the insurance for a redirect to another company. These people are never going to do anything!

As a heathcare provider that orders medical equipment for the seniors and disabled persons, I have used DME on multiple occasions. The main goal of the owner and his staff is to meet the needs of the disabled person, They offer high quality service to people with or without money or healthcare insurance. They are also very charitable throughout the communities they service. I would rate this company as the high deserts number one provider of medical equipment.
