Duo who was installing our new patio doors were Cindy &Mike. Very flexible with the schedule,they are polite, professional and will treat you and your household with respect. Mike is an expert in his job and installation was smooth and detailed. Dallas was our salesman and he was super helpful with all documentation and communication.
My experience with the technicians Mike and Cindy was excellent. Cindy checked in with me the day prior and the day of to confirm my appointment in the arrived on time. The quality of my windows is excellent. The service was perfect. They were very friendly, efficient, timely, and cleaned up after. It was a great experience.
I had a deck sliding door and decorative window above door replaced. Installation was a 3-4 steps/ days process since this was a pop out with stucco around. The actual door and window installers were fantastic, clean and efficient. The foam and metal grid not so clean but I called and the stucco person following fixed and did the stucco first coat and stucco second coat.
