Emailed support 3 times since March 11 for a sliding screen door they installed that missing weather strip. Nohema keeps telling me a manager will reach out to me and nothing. I wondered where the flies have been coming in from, now i know why. When i contacted them the install wasn't even a year old. You can tell the weather strip was never put on there as there is no residue. Let's say there was, why did it fail under a year of install.
Our 18 windows were replaced in April 2020. The installers did a good job (or so we thought at the time). They were courteous and professional. The windows are well made so there’s no complaint there. We had a few issues with the operation of some of the replacement windows, and Desert King Windows was quick to address them. Great product and service
From Don (the salesman) to Justin (the measuring guy) to Mike and Cindy (the installers), service was spectacular. I never felt as though Don was trying to sell me something; he was more of a consultant and was very responsive. Justin was courteous, careful in his measuring, completely professional, and arrived on time. But I really need to give special praise for Mike and Cindy, the installers of my new door. Desert King is a no BS company, very professional from the start to finish. Sales team at your home, clearly trained and knowledgeable. Second visit Measurements for build,( couldn't be a better fit). answered all question before install. Install crew what a great husband and wife team very professional.
