I was lied to and cheated by these people. My windows took way too long to get installed. Once they did the installers were late, messy and seemed like they never had installed a window before (working on my white carpet and had no plastic down!) At first rain they all but one leaked. Multiple calls to the office have resulted in nothing. It seems like they have maybe one employee working since the same person answers the phone every time you call if they even answer.
