What doctor refers you to another specialist and doesn't tell you a thing about it? What kind of doctor's office sets you up with an appointment and gives you the incorrect date? What doctor wants you to have a 24 hour urine collection and doesn't tell you? A #1 rating is too high. Too many issues in just 2 appointments.

Do not go to the doctor unless you talk to him yourself Patty the scheduler does my contact you will not return calls and doesn't understand the needs of a patient I had to call and cancel out an appointment go to her incompetence how to set up a new appointment with a different kidney doctor

My nephrologist at Desert Kidney Associates in AZ was a joke. And I went to him when the one I had before him (also at DKA) came in either high, drunk, (or who knows what) asked me twice why I was there, took my vitals twice, and kept rubbing his eyes. I recently kissed DKA good by and go to Mayo Clinic. THEY want you to live!

I have had horrible service here. I have left all three appointments, extremely confused and it has been very difficult to get anyone on the phone to get clarity. They have ordered labs and then don’t follow up or have them available at my appointments, they provide referrals to specialist without documentation. I have decided to take the few records that I have from them and go with a more professional practice.
