After driving 3 hours for my appointment, I got a text message that the PA could not help me. I went there and waited, to be told I heard my GP gave me the wrong information and he said, “if I hurt that bad, go to the emergency room, and they might help me”. And then he said “don’t tell anyone I told you that”. Four weeks later, he did refer me to a urologist. Two scans show I have a softball size cyst in my abdominal area.
Dr. Roopa has been my Doctor for 10 years and I will miss her terribly. I know her professional and helpful staff will take care of me until I can see a Doctor here in Tucson. Thank you for everything Dr. Roopa!

They don't take calls the first 45 mins of being open nor the last 15 mins of being open It's helpful to get the medical assistants direct extension ( which will change frequently due to high turnover ) and contact them directly
