I paid them and they ghosted me. I’d used them years ago so didn’t look at reviews again. I got update emails but no drop off confirmation call so I called and 1 number is disconnected, 1 isn’t theirs and 1 goes straight to a full voicemail. They didn’t reply to my email or Facebook message. After not showing up to my granddaughter’s party they had the nerve to send me a survey
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I reserved a jumping balloon package and a popcorn machine for February 6th, they called me February 5th at 5pm to cancel. They said they would issue me a refund and that has not happened! I have attempted to call them multiple times with no answer.
This company has closed I went to their office just now and everything is gone from the store it was two bags of balloons and curling ribbon they are out of business save your money and your patience this company is out of service I had to dispute this through my bank it will take up to 90 days so please look somewhere else I was so disappointed the kiddos were disappointed so Company again has closed
