On the 16 of January 2024, my wife had an appointment to get a chest/pelvic/full body bone scans, ordered by her Oncologist a month ago. We got to the Lee Trevino Desert Imaging clinic as scheduled. My wife had 2 of the 3 scans done and was told that the full body bone scan was cancelled (by them after realizing that somebody messed and did not have the machine needed for the bone scan full body) ) and scan had to be done at another clinic. After scheduling and appointment for my wife and waiting for a month, She was told that one of her scans had been cancelled (at the scheduled appointment time) only 2 of her scan were done because the full body bone scan is done at another location. This is unacceptable, these people are playing with people's lives like it is a joke. They should have caught this at the time i called to make the appointment. Desert Imaging at Castellano is the best. They are very helpful, courteous and professional. Doctors' visits can be difficult because of my brother, who has dementia. But the professionals at Desert Imaging are so kind and understanding, they offer every assistance needed! Lilly performed the xray, and did a wonderful job of giving instructions, describing the procedure, and putting me at ease. Samantha inserted the IV almost painlessly. Very bad service. They made me come two times and were unable to bill me the first time and afterwards on the second visit they stilled billed me near 800 dlls. Don’t bother comming here.

I totally recommend Desert imaging. Noelle goes above and beyond to help get things done. By helping pts with low or no income the financial help they need. She was able to offer financial assistance or payment plans for out community to get the help they need. Time is ticking when your life depends on an image. She helps make the process as smooth and easy. Definitely the top of my go to places. You Rock 🎸
only problem MRI machine to small for me so I have to go somewhere else
