Unfortunately, my experience was not good. Explanations are bad. The MRI machine was old, very noisy, and very small. However, the corruption is that there is a sign at the front desk rewarding people for good reviews.

DISGUSTED with this place!!! My 73 year old mother took my 75 year old stepfather to get an MRI today because she believes he had a stroke. Unable to walk, my mom had to wheel him in the room. The technician proceeds to tell my mother she has to lift him and place my stepfather on the table. My mother has osteoporosis in her shoulders and should NEVER do any kind of heavy lifting. Get this I go for a ct scan and the cost Is 400 so I tell the rep okay here’s a 100 and I will pay the rest via payments mind u I have insurance and she tells me no I need 200 and then You need to apply for a credit plan with desert image which the application fee is 50 dollars no way I took my drs orders and went to southwest x ray which the cost was only 250 for the same ct scan and I was allowed to make payments with no attach fee

Been there for a few scans and the front desk is always cheerful and will answer any questions I may have. The wait, to be seen, is average but not overly lengthy. I've been to other clinics/labs and I can say that this is one location that has been consistently professional and courteous, from the front desk staff, to the technicians and even the billing company.

I am highly upset with this facility. I will not state the reason.

The facility was filthy. They had to inject my daughter with dye before her exam and they pulled the materials from a waste basket. The staff was unprofessional.
