Greta company to work with. The wife and I felt they had really good prices. Jeff was low pressure. We shopped a few different companies and felt this was the most "band for the buck." This is our second hot tub from Desert Hot Tubs. We moved and wanted to get a hot tub for our new home. Jeff Geffre helped us out to find one that would fit. They were on time for delivering it. Great company to work with.
I recently purchased a hot tub from Desert Hot Tubs, and overall, it’s been a great experience. Our salesman, Ron, was incredibly patient with us, especially since we weren’t entirely sure what we wanted beyond, well, a hot tub. Ron guided us through the options, answered all our questions, and stayed in touch after the sale and throughout the delivery process, ensuring everything was on track. Our experience with Desert Hot Tubs was perfect. Jeff Geffre was our salesman in Chandler and everything was on time. Now we can enjoy our hot tub.
We have loved every part of our service with desert hot tubs. The spa is great, and I appreciate so much that they have all the supplies we need to maintain it in the store!
