BUYER BEWARE! I've owned two different hot tubs through this company since 2016. Over this nine year period I've had nine service calls--the quality, to say the least, has been abysmal. Cracked shells, leaky plumbing, broken jets and poor quality covers. Now my controller works about half the time which means it's a flip of the coin whether I can enjoy my unit in the morning.
