The showroom was beautiful. Lots of spas to choose from. The gal behind the counter basically acted like we interrupted her day and the showroom was empty besides us. It took her 10 minutes to stand up from behind the desk and by then we wanted nothing to do with her. Bought a spa somewhere else. Next time treat people with respect. You lost a sale because of her. It was a Wednesday morning. Hope management has a chat with her about customer service.
Bought my hot tub, it got delivered, works like a champ. Brie was awesome and meet our needs. Thought we had a problem, Paul came out and got things running and made us very satisfied customers. I would recommend Desert Hot Tubes to anyone that wants a quality hot tub.
I purchased my hot tub in november and have owned it or a few months now and I am super glad I purchased it. Joe was very helpful in helping to make sure I was able to get my hot tub before the new year end. Even with some misinformation provided to him, he called me and relayed me bad news that he received that I would not get my hot tub by YE. Absolutely the worst post purchase support. They are very quick to take your thousands of dollars for a new spa. We’ve had our spa for less than one year and have issues with our lighting. It has now been 16+ weeks waiting for repair. We’ve called and spoken to the general manager and keep getting the run around and don’t get me started on the customer support ,Trisha, she is extremely rude and definitely talks down her nose to customers.
