We recently bought a Hot Springs Jetsetter Spa from Desert Hot Tubs in Surprise. Matt was our salesman. Matt went above and beyond in helping us. He made several site trips to our new home to insure the spa would fit through our existing gate and that we were placing it in the best locate in our yard. We encountered an issue with our spa order when the factory it was ordered from stopped production for a limited time. The owner of Desert Hot Tubs became personally involved in mitigating the subsequent problems. Her commitment to customer service and satisfaction, even when issues are beyond her control, is so refreshing in today's world.
