Wanted to update a post I did. We had issues with our hot tub and after the first post, the owners contacted us and went out of their way to fix the issues. I want to add that the owners were not aware but have now cleaned up all the issues. I'm very happy with the out come. It's working beautiful now.
The issue with Desert HotTubs is service. We bought the top of the line and have had issues with the salt system for the past 4 months after one year it was cleaned by their service department and have had nothing but issues with balancing the salt. The biggest issue is no response from service. Funny no issues with them collecting money. Called every day for past week and not one returned phone call. Very disappointing. I would not recommend buying from Desert Hot Tubs
Sales person Joe Sorensen was very helpful during purchase and assisted even after the hot tub was installed.
I purchase a remanufactured Hot spring hot tub in12/2024 , was told that all panels, electronics, motors are brand new and looked as brand new, 4 months after purchase noticed that of of the side panels which facing the sun start bubbling up to 4 inches, when called the manufacture and the dealer they said the warranty is only for 3 months and cost $750 to replace when I asked what going to happen is new panel going to have same issue was told they don't know so basically I have to spend $750 every few months. they don't adm... read more
