I purchase a remanufactured Hot spring hot tub in12/2024 , was told that all panels, electronics, motors are brand new and looked as brand new, 4 months after purchase noticed that of of the side panels which facing the sun start bubbling up to 4 inches, when called the manufacture and the dealer they said the warranty is only for 3 months and cost $750 to replace when I asked what going to happen is new panel going to have same issue was told they don't know so basically I have to spend $750 every few months. they don't adm... read more
I've had two different tubs from these guys over the last nine years. Over this time I've had a least nine different problems that required servicing. The quality of their product is abysmal--cracked shells (three times), plumbing leaks (twice), unresponsive controllers (twice), problems with leaking covers and so on. Now that my second tub is out of warranty I think it is time to find another provider. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MANUFACTURER
In March of 2024 we bought a used Caldera spa from Desert Hot Tubs in Phoenix. The salesman we worked with was helpful and answered a lot of questions when we decided on the spa we were getting. I noticed it had eight speakers in it, and I asked the salesman whose name was Chris, whether the spa had Bluetooth and he assured me that it did. We bought the spa with the understanding it had Bluetooth. He gave me warranty paperwork which indicated the sound system was covered for 6 months as a used spa.
