I have had my hot tub for about 2 years now. For $22k I was really hoping I purchased a good product. I opted to buy the seperate coolzone feature and I have never had something in my life have more issues. I constantly have to have their repair team come out to troubleshoot and figure it out. I will be calling them to once again come out to fix it yet again for the 5th time in 2 years. I suggest buying a pool and not wasting $22k on a hot tub.
They Don’t open on time and if you call them you get an answering service who can’t help you; go somewhere more reliable
Absolutely a joke, we sat outside for 30 minutes waiting for them to open at 10. They never opened. Called the number on the door, gentleman answered, he asked if I could make an appointment and come back. I told him why doesn’t he just opened door. He said he’s an answering service and it’s not on site. Will not be going back to them. Leslie pools here we come.
We had a fantastic experience working with Joe Sorenson at Desert Springs.
