We purchased the Envoy and had issues with it for the first year and a half. The concierge Anthony was absolutely useless. Never returned calls, never made an attempt to address the issue. Unfortunately the store wasn’t much help either other than direct us back to the concierge. I think the team at the store could have been more helpful with a $20k+ sale. I bought a Pulse model hot tub from Desert Hot Tubs which they delivered in September. I was out of town for a month right after that and when I returned the cover was open and most of the water was gone. It was a mess. No one knows how the cover was opened, but Shane didn't waste time assigning blame. He had a spa cleaner contact me THAY VERY DAY and he cleaned the spa THAT VERY DAY. What EXCELLENT customer service!!!
