We purchased the Envoy and had issues with it for the first year and a half. The concierge Anthony was absolutely useless. Never returned calls, never made an attempt to address the issue. Unfortunately the store wasn’t much help either other than direct us back to the concierge. I think the team at the store could have been more helpful with a $20k+ sale.
