Great service! Built us a new spa cover exactly like old one and easy to deal with. Just surprised to find that the price doubled from a few years ago, from $500 to $1000
Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from a company of this kind the way I was treated is so unreal. I have never been handled so rudely. The time frame quoted at 2 weeks, it took over 2 months just too much to say don't use this company
They came out and measured my hot tub for a new cover on May 18th of this year. I was told 3 weeks, max to get my cover delivered, unand installed. Finally got it today 2 months later!!! They would not come out and install like they said they would. I had to have a friend, pick it up and take care of it for me and of course, no discount or apology with it taking so long and then to decide not to deliver and set up like they said they would.
