This is the worst animal clinic in the city. DO NOT go here! The prescribed my dog the wrong medication before even running any tests. When they ran the tests they called me to tell me the medication they gave me would not work but the only way for me to get the correct medication was to go back into the clinic and get him checked out again..which of course would cost another $150. They are only in it for the money. They do not care about your pet at all.
Dr Smith and all the staff are absolutely the best. They are such a caring and competent team. Just took My new dog Cooper in and they gushed all over him. I was like a proud mama. This team is very special.
I was treated in a snotty and disorganized way by the receptionist, who nevertheless said they could accommodate my request. The next day a tech left voice mail saying they could not. No apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment were expressed. This is too bad for a clinic that claims to be ethical in its approaches. Receptionist and tech behavior is a direct reflection of management, which means the vets themselves.
