Professional service and safe.
My wife has been a resident here for over two years. The facility is clean and well run with a caring staff. They keep the patients engaged in various activities and regularly schedule events that include family members. A full-time nurse is always present to address any medical needs and notify you immediately of any health issues that they have addressed. My brother-in-law and many others in this facility had some kind of "rash" head to toe and would just scratch and scratch. It looked like scabies or mites. The staff were notified repeatedly and always denied everything. Also his clothes would disappear and someone else's would appear in their place, his bedding disappeared and in its place was a torn and tattered "quilt".
I am a neigbor to this facility. Have been so for 8 years now its 7/ 2024. I have seen various " disturbances " emminating from the parking lot, mostly in the early morning hours, such as fighting, loud rap music, fireworks and fires. When reporting these incidents to the staff there they blame the comotion on " HOMELESS " people living nearby trespassing onto the property.
