I walked in the Front door of the Mesa McKellips office 5 minutes early, the receptionist informed me in a firm voice, that I was late and there wasn't time for me to see the Doctor, do I want to reschedule? Didn’t even see the doctor! The lady at the front desk was 100% times nicer than whoever answers their phones. Kendra is what I heard who was so rude! First time patient and last! No one gave the address not on the phone not on the 3 texts messages that were sent. I called at 2:21 to make sure I was going to the right clinic in Gilbert since online 4 came up! I used to like the doctors there but it just keeps getting worse and worse with patient care. The last year every time me or my family members go the doctors are rushing you out the door not helping with the medical issue. You would hope if they don't know what to do or won't help you they could at least refer you to a doctor that would. Don't go here unless all you need is an antibiotic for a cold.
Susan is the best physician I have ever had since I've been a adult. I love her she is amazing
