Update 07/22/2026: Marijuana growing and smoking is banned in Yes Communities. Even if you need it for medical purposes. TLDR: This was a really nice place when it was a retirement park in the late 2010’s. Now it’s another corporate takeover neighborhood where you notice that someone tried to open your shed. This place has gone downhill over the years. For every step forward there’s two back. Some roads are nicely paved, others are pits for your car to fall in. I have nothing to post at this time the old guard is gone let's c if the new staff is an improvement. The same text goes incessantly maybe they should STOP WHOEVER IS BURNING KEPT FINDING BURNED PAPER IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD!! So things are getting better a new speed bump that actually slows traffic but once past it they need more. The staff has definitely improved from the past...they are helpful polite and friendly.
