You don't get anything for what you are paying to live here. The front gates have never worked. The pool is small and full of kids. You can't take a walk around the community comfortably, because there aren't any sidewalks and the park is full of stickers. You have to walk your trash out to the trash bins (all the way down the block), because there is no trash service or personal trash bin provided at the home. My husband and I are planning to move to Las Cruces soon and was looking into Desert Gardens. When I called the lady Cindy, who answered the phone was extremely rude and short with me and didn’t want to answer my questions. Once again new management has taken over and they immediately raised lot rent. Now it's 700 a month to rent dirt in a run down, unmaintained park with zero accountability. People drive through the park and high speeds, break park rules, parties all hours of the night. Front gates have never worked. Homeless walking around look for stuff to steal. Look somewhere else. I did.
