Decided to go with Desert Flooring after looking at several other tile installers and retailers. Heather was great at explaining the materials and prep work required and how they use top materials and expert tile layers that separates them from the pack. We got off to a rocky start when John (also the owner) measured the house sq. ft. and miscalculated by about 200 sq. ft. or about $1600.
