Ridiculous and unreliable. This freaking place, I'm not even sure who exactly to complain to, but I've had it with this location! It's shut down entirely for months at a time, then works for like a week, then it's down again. Now it "seems" to be working, and it "seems" upgraded with an NFC chip reader, but it does NOT SEEM to allow deposits. The "Mixed Deposit" option is grayed out, whatever that is... it's the only deposit option visible. Inserting the card just allows you to change the pin... so this was the last straw. T... read more

For those thinking about joining this bank, do not do so. It was an amazing place 20 some years ago when I joined. Now I'm in a situation where i lost my job. They helped me with a 2 month extension for the car payment I owe them. Im working part time trying to find other work. But still behind but about to catch up this month when they took all the money out of my bank account with them. I had no idea they could do this with such a cold heart.
