I came into this branch at 1:30 PM to open a checking account for my daughter and was turned away, even though they don’t close until 2:00 PM. I understand businesses have closing procedures, but refusing service 30 minutes before closing is unprofessional and inconvenient.she stated that what I was requesting was full service and didn’t have time. I rearranged my day to come in, only to be told they wouldn’t help me. Very disappointing experience.
Hannah served me professionally and was patient and courteous. Kudos!
I was having issues being able to print an electronic check and Hannah was able to assist me in printing it out for me and helping me with the deposit process. I Love having DF!
Teller delayed processing payment then did not communicate said delay causing overdraft charges. Bad business.
