I go out of my way to visit the Moon Valley branch just to work with Melissa. She greets us like we are old friends and explains everything in great detail. I have not been this impressed with an employee at a bank/credit union ever and appreciate her kindness and efficiency.
Ariel was fast and did not take any money and I looked at my account and had all the money and there was a wide selection of different kinds of covers for the debit card

I make it a point to conduct all necessary in bank transactions at the DFCU 7th St & Tbird location bcs the staff is not only professional, knowledgeable and friendly but have worked with me on a few unusual banking requests. They're a pleasure to interact with.
