This employee helped us with a very serious issue, after we had reached out to two other people at Desert Financial who did not follow thru on this issue. She was wonderful and helped us get it solved. Giving the 5 stars to her, but not to Desert Financial. They have failed us several times in recent year,after being members for years. Thk you Tae Whittier for your professionalism.
One of the worst bank branches I have ever worked with. Manager was extremely rude and snarky and should receive re-training on how to appropriately deal with customers. Ling Arnold was not helpful or very professional with the entire automotive loan process. We had to deal with delays and setbacks because they weren’t ready even though they told us they were ready to sign everything. Sign on ATM says not available and will be back up Nov 20. It's December 10. Employee came out and was rude, didn't apologize for the sign being wrong (by weeks) and changing my bank immediately. AZFCU is so much more professional.
MADE A PAYMENT ON A DESERT FIN CREDIT CARD AND I WAS 1 DAY LATE. ASKED NICK IF HE WOULD INTERVENE AND ASK FOR HELP ON LATE FEE. HE WENT WAY OVERBOARD IN HELPING ME ANS GETTING THE FEE WAIVED. HE HAS HELPED ME AT PRIOR TIMES WITH NORMAL TRANSACTIONS AND WAS ALWAY VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. YOU NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HIM. HE IS A BONUS TO DESERT FINANCIAL.
Friendly employees and it’s usually a quick in and out experience for me. Central location as well which is nice.
