DFCU is always friendly, accessible and work great for my financial needs.
This branch took money from me when I was making an ATM deposit and calling the general number was not any help. Of course, there are no after hours numbers to call anyone and now I get to jump through hoops.
I've been with Desert Financial Credit Union for decades. We've used them for car loans, HELOC, checking and savings accounts. The representatives are great to work with (AJ just helped us out!), their office hours are open more than most other banks or credit unions, and they have great rates and programs.
Trusts and Wills: Wow! I had no idea what I was doing and didn't know where to start. I'm a single mom and want to make sure that if anything happens to me, my kids get my assets. Jacky Ruiz was so knowledgeable and helpful! She answered my questions and had an amazing balance of compassion with reality about situations people face so I can know how to protect my kids' future if the worst should happen.
