DFCU is always friendly, accessible and work great for my financial needs.
This branch took money from me when I was making an ATM deposit and calling the general number was not any help. Of course, there are no after hours numbers to call anyone and now I get to jump through hoops.
I've been with Desert Financial Credit Union for decades. We've used them for car loans, HELOC, checking and savings accounts. The representatives are great to work with (AJ just helped us out!), their office hours are open more than most other banks or credit unions, and they have great rates and programs.
