I've been with Desert Financial Credit Union for decades. We've used them for car loans, HELOC, checking and savings accounts. The representatives are great to work with (AJ just helped us out!), their office hours are open more than most other banks or credit unions, and they have great rates and programs.

If you have an issue of fraud with the Strat hotel in Vegas charges you hundreds of dollars for a state that you did not take you can expect this bank to not back you. Even when you’re on a three-way call with the to clarify, the fraudulent charge was not from the Strat hotel the dispute center still cannot help you one star and that is one star too many!
