Erika Ornelas was fantastic. I really appreciate her awesome customer service. She was on top of everything and refinancing was a breeze. I will be going to her for all of my future banking and loan needs. Thanks again!
Despite the parking/traffic being a nightmare, I love the people at this branch. The Missouri location is no comparison, or I would go there. They put holds on checks, won't let you cash checks on another account with them, if you have a balance on your privledge account that is in good standing but has a balance that is negative. It sounds like I will be going way out of my way to find a new location. Not happy over this news! Where are these employees going? Perhaps I can go to that location!!
I avoid coming here like a plague. They don’t clean or sanitize like the branch on 7th ans Missouri. If you want to feel safe go anywhere but here.
Love going there Jennifer and Migsie were so friendly and helped me with everything I needed I will for sure come back to this branch thank you.
