I have been banking at this branch for more than 10 years. The staff are always pleasant and are very accommodating to my requests
Just opened a checking account, moved 15k into it and wasn’t surprised there was a hold on the check. I was surprised how long (over a week) and no portion was made immediately available as other banks usually do (up to around $400/$500. I called and their representative asked the manager if they could release a small portion and they denied my request. I thought this was the reason people used credit unions.
