So pleased to become a member of this great credit union! First visit the staff was so helpful and kind. No attitude like I got at “the big bank” (that I have been with for almost 30 years which rhymes with “Base”) when I brought my wrapped coins in. The ladies behind the counter were interested in why I had the coins and made me and my wife feel appreciated as customers. 6 Stars if I could!
Ipsita was very professional, knowledgeable, and a helpful banker. Because of Ipsita we will continue to bank at DFCU and refer family and friends. This meeting with Ipsita was a positive experience.
You do not know what you have until you experience the exact opposite of the customer service I receive here. I've had nothing but professional, courteous, and friendly experiences every time I come here. Another bank, was very unprofessional today, so I felt like I needed to let everyone know that this branch is the best I've been to with amazing employees.
