Been a member since 1998 when it was desert schools and when they used to care about customers however they require you to keep 25 dollars in your account and not let you withdraw it. i had nothing to eat and and i had to close out the account just to access my money. no compassion no empathy and they even screwed me of my member give back bonus. when i filed a complaint with the BBB it to desert finical nearly a month to respond and they didn't even offer an apology nothing didn't care they lost a customer of almost 30 year... read more
