Went in to open an account for my girlfriend and was informed she could not because she was in ChexSystems. We told them it was paid off and another branch said all we had to do was supply the receipt. They looked at us like we were crazy and rudely sent us on our way. The guy was real snotty. Went to the branch they told us we could do so, and sure enough we had the account open in 15 minutes. This branch doesn't know what they are doing. If you want real service try another branch. Amazing service, ive been with them for 21yrs. I only gave 4 stars because this new phone banking is a joke an is very horrible an has not got better . I would love for them to change it back to how it was , so when calling to do what you need to doesn't take forever an then most times it hangs up after it has messed up an then have to call back again . An 99% of the time trying to transfer funds from saving to checking is so hair pulling or vices versa. So that's the only complaint I have is that new phone service. The rest... read more

He provides a home town Sincerity and feeling in a Big city where that no longer exists.
