Idk his name but he’s the African American teller in the front. The girl that was helping me asked him a question and he was rude telling her to tell me no and that I have to go to another branch if I want specific amount of bills. I ended up opening an account at the credit union next door to them and had no problems getting certain bills. This establishment is a JOKE. The fact that I have to drive to another branch, BYE! ✌️ Glad I closed my account.
I went on a wild goose chase to two other banks to find a notary. One bank said they didn't have one---absolutely ridiculous. Another one said I needed a two day appointment wait---insane. Imagine my relief when this bank took me as a walk in, with a modest wait time. Kody was pleasant and customer service oriented. He said they have several notories on hand. Came in to get $100 ones and they said they could only give me $50 in ones because they’re running low. So inconvenient and what a weird excuse. You’re a credit union
