Had a great experience. The staff was awesome. I'm glad I chose them.
They are changing policies WITHOUT letting customers know. They are adding FEE charges for checks even for basic members when they didnt before. No notices or notification when getting checks either. Spoke to 2 people a new employee who charged me the extra fee and then a seasoned old employee who explained that it was always policy but thats not true when I been getting checks for a while. I regret ever joining DFCU. Thankfully this place is in my past - lesson learned. Consumers be warned. Im a victim of a bitcoin scam.
