Great bank great service still believes in the customer multiple tellers drive through banking
Idk his name but he’s the African American teller in the front. The girl that was helping me asked him a question and he was rude telling her to tell me no and that I have to go to another branch if I want specific amount of bills. I ended up opening an account at the credit union next door to them and had no problems getting certain bills. This establishment is a JOKE. The fact that I have to drive to another branch, BYE! ✌️ Glad I closed my account.
I went on a wild goose chase to two other banks to find a notary. One bank said they didn't have one---absolutely ridiculous. Another one said I needed a two day appointment wait---insane. Imagine my relief when this bank took me as a walk in, with a modest wait time. Kody was pleasant and customer service oriented. He said they have several notories on hand.
