Notary at branch of DFCU in FRY in Apache Junction has no clue what is form Certificate of Living and she didn't know for what purpose is Form AZ Notary Ackowledgement (individual) and she was incapable to retrieve and print the Acknowledgement Form. To obtain verification for these forms was for me very time sensitive. I had to go quickly to other branch of DFCU where notary was very knowleable and efficient.
