Originally I gave this company 5 stars. They were great. Keeping it simple - I spoke with the owner of the business and it's plain to see it's a money play over customers. When you've been going somewhere for 5 years, spent tens of thousands with them and their referrals, and have a large family... you would think there would be a little respect. Fast, easy and on time! Kind staff!
My previous dentist retired and sold his practice. I wasn’t happy with the new owners so i stopped going back there. I have anxiety about trying new dentists and doctors and my husband tried a few and found Desert Family Dental and highly recommended them to me. I walked in and was greeted with kindness right away from the front desk lady Chris. Every employee is kind here. They explain everything they are doing before they do it.
