Why this clinic doesn’t have online bill service payment? Why at lease automatic phone call payment?
The staff is extremely nice anytime I've been there. I've left 2 voicemails asking for a call back because I am having an issue with my contact prescription. I haven't received a call back at all. I sent a message through the patient portal so hopefully I get a response that way.
Had cataract surgery with Dr. Rosen. From the beginning of the process to the end everything ran smoothly. I’ve worn glasses since I was in kindergarten and now I’m glasses free. Only for reading.
The staff and doctor are all personable, professional, and efficient. All my questions were answered clearly. Dr. Psau gave me all the time and explanations I needed. He is very patient.
