GROSSLY mishandled my moms care via front desk employees who seem to think they know better than the doctors. When the facility was called to speak about how it was mishandled, the staff gave incorrect names when asked for them to file a formal report (Nora Gonzales), refused to tell higher staff, wouldn't give their office manager Christina's phone number/contact information, they (Jessica) promised to pass along the message as patient care staff, and then didn't. I've been seeing Dr.Felix since 2021. Have never had a negative experience... the M.A. that prepared me for my exam today was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. The only negative was the new front office person that had previously been super rude to me as a customer when she worked at Nationwide Vision next to Jimmy John's. Her customer service is lacking and that is exactly how remember who she is. Hope she steps it up because the rest of the staff is amazing.
Why this clinic doesn’t have online bill service payment? Why at lease automatic phone call payment?
The staff is extremely nice anytime I've been there. I've left 2 voicemails asking for a call back because I am having an issue with my contact prescription. I haven't received a call back at all. I sent a message through the patient portal so hopefully I get a response that way.
