Not so happy with front office Staff. Two wks ago , had eye exam appt, but had 2 resched cuz Staff d/n inform me that I needed Auth from my Primary Care 2B seen. (Go once yrly 4 exam).S/B better informed 2 tell pt what is needed 4 the appt. Got Auth & was seen 2day, however received drops 2 cut dilation time recovery in half, $10 fee which I was told Ins d/n cover. Ck'ing out, Staff said I had no co-pay & I was free 2go. I told Staff about the $10 fee I owed 2cut dilation recovery time & she said, "OH that's right" & charged... read more
My visit was very informative. It was explained easily why my eyes have been bothering me recently.
Dr Rosen performed my cataract surgery I had an aggressive cataract and narrow Angles I’m so happy and absolutely grateful for his team and the surgery centers team!!! I CAN SEE
