I strongly suggest this company work on their customer service skills, as well as the communication between their office staff and field representatives. Miscommunication on their part put off my company's needs for over a week. When I called to confirm the time and date they had given us for completion I was rudely informed they would not be able to start for another week and claimed to have no idea where I had gotten my information!
