Dr Hopp is very knowledgeable and helpful and Dr Marquez is quick fast and efficient! Recommend either one of them.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I witnessed during my visit. While I understand that veterinary clinics can be busy and emotionally demanding, compassion and professionalism should never be optional. The receptionist was, without question, the rudest person in the clinic. I witnessed someone picking up the remains of their beloved pet, and there was absolutely no empathy, compassion, or communication from the receptionist. The staff and vets are all amazing !! The prices make sense and dont waste your time. I love that they love your pets and show much love they wont treat them as another number I will be bringing my kitty here from now on
