It has been 3 weeks since Tim came out to look at our project. We are at 3 weeks and still no quote/estimate from him. I did 2 follow-up calls. First call left a message. No return call. Second time I called they said he would reach out the next day or the following Monday. A week later and still no call. Crazy to think that this business handles potential clients this way.
