Very disappointed!! Have used Jay since we moved here in 2010. Called set up an appointment, moved furniture and waited and waited and waited. Called 3 times to see if there was a problem. Left messages and we waited. 24 hours later, still no call. Called Peter's Carpet Cleaning who came out in less than 18 hours notice. House looks great. Will not be using Desert Dry again. It would only have taken a phone call.
