Our developer is using Desert Door for our entire development. Anytime I have had an issue. I have contacted them and they have always sent someone to my house right away. Ususally someone working in the area. I am very pleased with their products and service.
Myra and Julio were amazing to deal with. The were very professional and accommodating. They provided excellent customer service.
The folks at Desert Door are great to work with. Their showroom is very nice.
Would not recommend. Wanted 30 dollars to replace a screen (not the frame) and it wouldn’t be ready till Monday. (Today is Friday) went to Johns glass he replaced it and gave it to me free of charge took him a few minutes.
