Myra and Julio were amazing to deal with. The were very professional and accommodating. They provided excellent customer service.
The folks at Desert Door are great to work with. Their showroom is very nice.
Would not recommend. Wanted 30 dollars to replace a screen (not the frame) and it wouldn’t be ready till Monday. (Today is Friday) went to Johns glass he replaced it and gave it to me free of charge took him a few minutes.
We ordered a custom door. They never returned our calls on the status of the door. Yesterday my husband called and told them you never return my calls. They said they would callback. They called back said they were on their way to install the door. The person that installed the door used way too many nails on the trim board. We have to pull it off and replace with new trim. I wouldn't recommend their workmanship but the door is a nice door.
