I phoned in from a broken down truck on the side of the road, 30 miles from Wickenburg. Leonardo was able to give me enough advice to get my truck and fifth wheel trailer into Wickenburg. A few minutes with a code scanner provided enough information to get me acknowledgement on the road to Mesa. Thank you so much for the assistance.
I was in a bad way. I had purchased a truck at auction. A Phoenix shop had conducted an oil change on my truck. But they didn't add enough oil. I had pulled over on the side of the road right after 5pm. And one of their experienced shop mechanics were very kind to stop on his way home, and check in w me and helped. There are not enough good things about this place managed by Aaron. If you need work done on a diesel engine motorhome run to them and ignore all others! We came in with a coolant leak that they addressed quickly, showed us what they did so we could learn, and gave us sound advice on our 1997 6.5l engine motorhome. Their service is above and beyond. An Uncle recommended this Desert Diesel shop to me, so i called the shop on a Tuesday Afternoon and spoke to Aaron about installing the Banks Monster Intake to eliminate the dreaded heater grid bolt issue in my Dodge Ram 3500. He said he could get me in the next day and I could pick it up that evening. Aaron texted me Wednesday around 12:30pm and told me My truck was ready.
