RecommendedDesert Diamonds is a long established real estate broker and property management company that provides exceptional service to help people buy and sell homes. They also help property owners rent out and manage their properties.
I started renting from them about a year and a half ago and was always very happy with them. then my building was bought and another management company took over, and they suck at getting problems fixed. But I am now looking to move and Desert Diamond is still my go to on property management. Phil and Sonia are so wonderful and i highly recommend them as landlords.
If you are planning on buying, renting, or doing any other business with these people I highly do NOT recommend it. They have horrible reviews on yelp and I personally found out why today. If you put a security deposit down, do NOT count on getting it back. They will nickel and dime you for everything! If they need ANYTHING done like changing an air filter they pay their people $57 an hour, (out of your deposit) to change it. It took them 4 hrs to change that filter. Mowing the lawn... $230. Never ever use this realty/property management company ! First you will deal with Cindy the rudest front desk person you have ever met in your life. Secondly they will rip you off when it comes to your deposit and make up invoices . You will need to Threaten them to even get your deposit back with in 30 days. I will not be surprised if every tenant takes them to small claims !! Horrible company !!!
