I really enjoyed my visit to Desert Dental. The staff was very engaged when I arrived. My diagnosis was well explained to me, as well as the treatment that was needed. I was carefully walked through all of the care that was to be given to me. Friendly and kind staff. Unfortunately i was very disappointed in their way of trying to up sale their service. I was seen by one DDS Who said that they were able to do the work I needed. When insurance approved work, I was seen by a different DDM. Who said that my tooth was going to need extra tools and extra medication for her to perform my root canal but this doctor had never seen my tooth at all.
