The dentist Nicholas Williams is not compassionate or personable whatsoever. When my daughter (5yo) needed work done and was obviously very scared, he told her “you are going to disappoint your parents if you don’t open your mouth” which I found very unsettling. He hardly talks to the kids or even attempts to make them feel comfortable and safe. We left this dentists since they didn't allow my wife or myself to accompany our children, they strapped our daughter to a chair and she came out crying after the procedure she was a bit traumatized after that visit. One of the dental assistants also screamed at my daughter. My kids have been happy with our new dentist, Dr. PAUL BELL.
