While the front staff was kind and welcoming, the assistance who helped us was very impatient and bothered. My son has sensory oral aversions and gags often for various reasons. Understandable that when dental tools are in his mouth he struggles to keep his tongue still and gags, something out of physical control. This assistant kept repeating directions over and over to the excess of 50x unable to understand he wasn't doing it on purpose. She was also huffing and puffing and very visibly annoyed. The people in the office is so kind. They help a lot and the inside of the building is so cute.

Dr. William should not be working with children. He labeled my daughter as “uncooperative” and refused to continue services, but my daughter simply likes to talk. She is a very friendly little girl and naturally a talker. He said he would not work on a child who behaves that way. He also told me that what I consider a well-behaved or compliant child is not the same definition he uses. Before this incident, he told me my daughter had four cavities. Dr William should not work with children if he has no patience. Dr Williams was very annoyed that my 6 year old daughter was a bit scared and made it very Clear and known with out saying much . He is very rude and not passionate for children . I pulled out all 5 of my kids . I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
