I would give zero stars if that were an option. The female staff members were very kind and professional, and I have nothing negative to say about them. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about Dr. Williams. From the moment Dr. Williams entered the room, his demeanor was cold, impatient, and unwelcoming. He did not even greet me or my children. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the treatment for my kids. We have been treated so poorly as of lately. My oldest was told she has extra teeth growing and needed to be seen at their location across the street to see a surgeon , mind you they never even explained anything else to us . We get to the place and the Dr doesn’t even introduce himself and basically states she needs to have a cat scan done but never explained steps after or what options are then he walks out of the room and goes into the room in front... read more
