Nice customer service there bucko. A simple apology, that your website listing title is misleading would’ve sufficed. But I you had to be a smarta# • Typical reseller. Listing clearly states for a pack of 12. $100 later, After getting 15 bits, it was confusing as to why. Asked their customer service if it’s an issue on their end. A simple ignored email is the difference between 5 stars and 1 in my book. It shows a lack of customer service which is usualy the tip of a larger iceberg. 1st time trying them, also last time. My company litteraly just went out and bought new blades.
