I was referred to Brian Sullivan by a friend. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business. The customer service is horrible! They don't even have the courtesy to let you know that you emailed very sensitive tax information including your social security information. I emailed and called several times with no call back. I was simply asking if they had received my emails so I had piece of mind that my information was safe with them. I still have no clue. Brian is great, works hard, and is also a funny guy. I would highly recommend him.
Brian was late to our appointment on 2/1/24, judgmental about the amount of money I made, brought up politics, and threw our confidential tax documents on the floor. No shredder in site. He wanted to have access to our bank account to pay himself when he filed the return, we declined THANK GOD. We received our federal return on 3/25/24, but no state return.
