It's a trailer park.
This place used to be nice and had 2 pools always open plus they had a library where tenants would donate books after they read them. They also played bingo in the clubhouse. They would also have parties on holidays. Ever since the pandemic, nothing has reopened. The rent keeps increasing but the amenities have declined, including the swimming pools. It's a shame because it was a nice mobile home park. Not anymore!
Not easy to acess pool after covid. Club house never open to tenants only to management! Big problem with cats all over. Not very friendly customer service. Issue with back up sewer problems big hassle. Complaints about kids playing in streets. Then why not fixe the play ground with our hazards rocks nothing pleasant. Fix it. Staff continues with sarcastic rude remarks they complained they are always tried and take it out on tenants.
