Front office staff is extremely rude not to mention they give no calls when you have appointments. Allergy shots you’ll wait at least 30 mins. Allergy shots start at 1pm they don’t start calling name till 1:30. This office needs better organization
Assistant was rude
Walked into my scheduled appointment for 9am. Showed up 30 minutes early and lady on the left side as you walk in was very rude as i was scheduled for rancho mirage and unaware as this was not provided to me on my first visit. I asked her how far it was. She gave a short response its in rancho mirage. I requested a reschedule and another staff member on the right side had to help me to reschedule. I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Sam Madrid and he was great. I highly recommend him. He answered all questions and took his time explaining.
