Last month we had a family emergency and had to get back to the east coast ASAP. Mollie, the manager at Desert Cielo RV Storage, was an angel of kindness in our time of need. She provided a great temporary home for our RV&toad, giving us full-timers one less thing to worry about. If you need safe storage (and fabulous customer care) right around the corner from the El Paso airport, this place is great. It has all the services one could want whether you're dropping off or heading out on another adventure!
I cannot say enough great things about Mollie at Desert Cielo RV & Boat Storage in El Paso. I was in a serious time crunch and needed last-minute storage for my RV. When Mollie realized I was on the other side of town, she could have easily just tried to make the sale. Instead, she did something rare — she put customer service ahead of profit. Great experience storing our trailer at Desert Cielo RV Storage for several years. Facilities are clean and easily accessible. Mollie is always helpful. Covered storage helped to protect our trailer from the brutal El Paso sun.
