Food here was very good. Good value.Didn't wait too long for our food considering they had a huge table for a coach group..staff where friendly and helpful

Decorated our room with balloons and birthday banner! What a lovely surprise entrance for the birthday boy. I had previously asked if someone could blow up some balloons and put up a birthday banner in our room before we arrived and they did! They went above and beyond and I’m really thankful. We felt welcomed and I have to say that staying in the underground room itself was a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you again to the Desert Cave Hotel team. You made our trip so special. Close to the centre of town, and within walking distance to most attractions. The room was spacious, however the bathroom was small and in desperate need of updating as was the bed, it is past its use by. The pool was green and couldn't be used. One of the main attractions was the underground bar, but that was closed. The garden beds had weeds and quite a bit of litter in amongst them. Not the friendliest of staff, it costs nothing to smile. I wouldn't stay again. There has to be better options.
