The doc here is great, but his staff drops the ball magnificently. I went to get a diagnosis and was told I need a bunch of testing. I was not allowed to book an appointment until the test referrals came thru. Referrals came thru 7 days later. I called right away to try to get this scheduled. Every time I called and chose the appointment extension I got put through to voicemail. I kept leaving messages. None of my calls were ever returned.
