The doc here is great, but his staff drops the ball magnificently. I went to get a diagnosis and was told I need a bunch of testing. I was not allowed to book an appointment until the test referrals came thru. Referrals came thru 7 days later. I called right away to try to get this scheduled. Every time I called and chose the appointment extension I got put through to voicemail. I kept leaving messages. None of my calls were ever returned. Caring staff who listen to concerns.
Never had a doctor more concerned about himself or money. All my husband's doctors realize phone appt are much safer. My husband only getting test results. I called and asked." If the doctor could call with results. NO. what. They want you in hospital masks yet . We have none. They would rather risk my life, my daughters and my husband's. WHY? UNREAL. Of course we are going we want the results. Will probably look for a doctor who cares for his patients not himself. Even pain management sees him over telecom.
