Think twice! Their pre-questionaire is overly intrusive and completely inappropriate. Asking questions related to partners/spouses, etc. When we called to bring our concerns to their attention, we were greeted with poor phone skills and a poor attitude. We cancelled the appointment. A short time later we received a call from the office from another staff member who was just as rude as the first. We will move on to another, less intrusive, friendlier clinic. I recommend you do the same.

If i could rate this “establishment” a zero i would. The supervisor and front desk ladies Who ARE THERE TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND BE PROFESSIONAL ARE COMPLETELY disrespectful and UNPROFESSIONAL. I was steady trying to explain a situation and was constantly spoken OVER. I had to raise my voice to be heard while a”supervisor” now blocked phone calls because i had to get loud to be heard as she was steady talking over me and saying IGNORANT COMMENTS IN RETURN. Very poor….should not take 7-hours and counting for my wife to be seen and treated for Covid after testing positive this morning while here on vacation. Richards Emergency Center is a joke compared to what we are used to in Everett, WA. Don’t come here unless it’s your last resort.
