Had an appointment I November 2021 with Dr. Patel. Appointment went well as she explained everything to me in depth. However, when it came to having my paperwork for my results, not so good. I was told I had to fill out a form to receive them. The Dr. proceeds to hand me my paperwork, and the office said no not happening. I just received my paperwork for my office visit, with a bill of 3.39 for a copy of the same thing my Dr. wanted to give me. Dr. Panczyk is very friendly and professional. She spent extra time diagnosing the source of my fatigue. She is very thorough which is what you want in a Cardiologist. Her staff are friendly and professional and the wait time is minimal. I highly recommend Dr. Pancyzk and her office.
Went for a scheduled appt today. I have never been treated so horribly and aggressively rude by a supposedly medical personal.. I will never return to this office or recommend to anyone needing a cardiologist office. They only got 1 star because -10 wasn't an option.
If you want a Cardiologist who is closed minded to any recommendations other than the AHA chart, go here. She seems competent, to an extent, with a patient's best interest in mind. However she has her marching orders from the AHA and is not open to anything contrary to those outdated ideas. When I consulted with her she saw my cholesterol numbers and immediately said "statins".
